Demo CD 2000

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the 2000 Demo CD?
Or at least the tracks.

I've got God of War and Hail to the Hammer Demo versions because they're at the end of 'EtR'... but Ormurin Langi and How Far to Asgaard seem to be impossible to get hold of.

Some Portuguese people think they have free downloads of the Tyr Demo... but really it's just the same songs recorded from the later albums.
